history. Examples include severe

-Malabsorption: GI malabsopriton is uncommon but can
be as aresult of genelralized malapsorption and and achlorhydia. but it can be appear with (atrophic
gastritis, h pylori gastritis, celiac disease and especially in the unexplained
anemia who are in iron tablet.
